One of the independent cities, Salia lies south of Karth and was once a rather large city of many peoples and trades. It was destroyed during the Elvin attacks[1] on the independent cities and it was one of the most impacted, to the point that all known citizens were forced to flee once Ilea was able to assist them in doing so.
