Rory is a friend of Ilea from Earth. He has a very excited personality and a curious nature, and Ilea finds Alice Forkspear to remind her of him.[1] Before Ilea goes to Elos, Rory is very happy they both got into Silan college, and he seems to be big on hugs.[2]
