After Ilea convinces Balduur, she joins Ilea in Ravenhall to conduct research about teleportation gates.
She and Christopher have managed to gain some understanding of teleportation gates through the study of a Taleen key.
Iana and Christopher learned more about space magic when Ilea brought them to the Domain of The Endless Meadow right below the city of Hallowfort in the North. After months of studying under the tutelage of Meadow they became capable of making teleportation gates on their own.
